Dr. Caroline Kirchschläger, born 1975, studied law at the Universities of St. Gallen (HSG) and Geneva. Subsequent to her licentiate she wrote a dissertation on the auditor's liability to third parties and worked as a scientific research assistant for the Research Center for Information Law at the University of St. Gallen (FIR-HSG). In 2005 she was admitted to the St. Gallen bar. Before joining Stiffler & Partner as an attorney in 2008 Caroline Kirchschläger worked as a clerk, first at the district court of St. Gallen, later at the Appeals Court of St. Gallen (Civil Section III).
Caroline Kirchschläger is a lecturer in private law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), substitute judge at the Appeals and Commercial Court of St. Gallen and vice president of the appeals committee for School matters, Sarganserland/See-Gaster. She publishes regularly in the field of civil and business law and speaks German, English and French. Publications:
